Return and Refund Policy

Handcrafted Products
What we accept We accept returns on unused, undamaged handcrafted products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be in its original condition — unused, unaltered, and free of damage.
What we do not accept The following items are not eligible for return:
Sale and clearance items are final sale. No exceptions.
Custom and personalized orders including any item built to your specifications or engraved with custom artwork or text are not eligible for return. Every custom piece is built specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration caused after delivery are not eligible for return. If you believe your item has developed a defect unrelated to care or use, contact us at contact@wildboardstudio.com with photos and your order number and we will assess the situation personally.
Change of heart returns If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind or no longer want the item, you must be within the 14 day return window to qualify. Before sending anything back reach out to us first at contact@wildboardstudio.com with your order number, your reason for return, and photos of all sides of the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return has been approved please ship items back to the address listed on your original shipping label. Incorrect items If you receive the wrong item that is on us and we will make it right immediately. Reach out to us at contact@wildboardstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item you received. We will issue a prepaid return label and send the correct item as quickly as possible.
Damaged items If your order arrives damaged in transit reach out to us at contact@wildboardstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will issue a prepaid return label and work to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
Order cancellations If you need to cancel your order contact us at contact@wildboardstudio.com as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet shipped we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped cancellations are no longer possible. From there please wait until you receive your order and retain all original packaging materials. You will need them if a return becomes necessary. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

To initiate a return Contact us at contact@wildboardstudio.com with your order number and photos of all sides of the item. Once we review and approve your return request we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping and refunds Unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for all return shipping costs including packaging and insurance. Please ship items back to the address listed on your original shipping label. If you no longer have the return address reach out to us at contact@wildboardstudio.com and we will provide it. Please note that return packaging is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Wild Board Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Once we receive the item in its original condition we will process your refund within 10 business days using your original payment method.
Apparel and Accessories
Print on demand items — Tees and Hats Our tees and hats are fulfilled through a trusted third party print on demand partner and produced specifically when you order them. Because of this the return process works a little differently.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on tees or hats for sizing or a change of heart. Because each item is produced specifically when you order it, we are unable to stock or swap sizes after the fact. Please check the sizing chart and product details on the product page carefully before placing your order.
If you receive a tee or hat with a quality issue, the wrong item, or an item different from what you ordered reach out to us at contact@wildboardstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right with a replacement or refund.
Stocked items — Beanies Our beanies are stocked items kept in inventory. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Beanies that show signs of wear, use, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return. Tags must be intact and the item must be in its original sellable condition.
